1st OSHDP Natl Convention
The Organization of Socialized Housing Developers of the Philippines (OSHDP), an association of developers and practitioners involved primarily in the delivery of decent and affordable socialized and low-cost housing is pleased to announce the holding of its first National Convention on August 19-20, 2010 at the Grand Men Seng Hotel, Davao City.
Through the years, OSHDP has gained recognition from both the government and the private sector for successfully carrying out our advocacies, ie. adjustment in price ceiling, review and launching of the revised IRR of BP220, study of the multiplier effect of housing, alignment of BIR tax exemption vis-a-vis price ceiling adjustment, inclusion of mass housing in the IPP list granting income tax holiday and position paper on price ceiling for socialized condominium projects, among others.
To boost the momentum and the gains that the housing sector has achieved in pump-priming the economy and in celebration of OSHDP's 15 years of providing decent and affordable housing for Filipinos, the convention will focus on the theme "Sulong Pabahay, Ginhawang Buhay", a stronger OSHDP - Government Partnership in Leaping Forward Through Socialized Housing. |
